I even ran SFC (system file checker) and found and corrected :******C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\opencl.dll do not match actual file "opencl.dll"*****. I have also performed %tmp% folder clean up as instructed by Corel support. I know the fault error points to PSPPThumbShellExt64.dll. If I uninstall PSPX8 everything goes back to normal.
